Water scarcity in Senegal: Crowdfunded wells bring relief to over 50 villages

In northern Senegal, many communities are battling water scarcity forced to choose between watering their farms and quenching their thirst. The phenomenon has only been made worse by global warming, which has brought more droughts all over the world. Let’s take a look at one grassroots initiative that’s already brought some relief to more than 50 villages which now have their very own well. FRANCE 24's Carolyn Lamboley tells us more.
